was very welcoming, from the moment of arrival we felt comfortable and was in safe hands. she was so caring and accommodating from the get go. she put my partners nerves at ease, taking her time to speak through the process and aftercare making sure that he was okay at all times, even giving him extra time and support when he didn’t feel great after having his piercing done. definitely would recommend using her especially if you are nervous as she has got such calming energy, She honestly is a credit to piercers that have small/independent businesses. we will be going back again in the future for more piercing and jewellery :)
